Being stuck at home with the whole COVID lockdown, allowed me plenty of time to browse cookbooks and try out recipes. Many, many of these recipes focus on less-used and hard-to-find cuts of meat and on seafood, which is expensive and, for me personally, mostly undesirable.This would probably be a great cookbook for someone who has more time on their hands, eats meats, and owns a dishwashing machine (not me). I had to cook it a bit longer than the 25 minutes (came out too soft and decided to put it back in). I am very much looking forward to continuing on my journey of exploring this book and making many more of the recipes. The philosophy of Cookbook Club is to take a cookbook out of the library and renew it max times for max inspiration and yummo purposes.
