Besides, there’s the whole ‘drink me’ theme throughout the book. Why not lean into an alcoholic version of that? Shots don’t need to be complicated. Rather than mixing or layering multiple ingredients, why not just use a single spirit. Whiskey shots are particularly popular and there are plenty of different whiskies to experiment with.
