Paint Container Capacity: The Wagner 350M typically comes with a larger paint container compared to the 250M. This is beneficial for projects that require a substantial amount of paint, as it reduces the need for frequent refills. There are a number of different Airless sprayers, subdivided into the conventional Airless machines and the new range of HEA – High Efficiency Airless – machines. The older line is based on machine capacity (power). The higher the power and yield, the better the atomization. This is true to a certain sense, but it also has its downside. For example, the finish of these machines may not be so neat and they tend to produce overspray, purely because of the high pressure. If there were any dribbles, I found that diluting the paint by 5-10% and increasing the pressure resolved this issue. The airless technology, with its reduced spraying pressure, places less strain on the equipment, leading to increased durability and a prolonged lifespan for the airless sprayer, reducing maintenance requirements. Up to 55% Less OversprayThe number in the product name indicates the difference in power between both types of Wagner HEA sprayers: the 250 (= lighter model) and the 350 (= heavier model). The flexible Wagner HEA PRO 250R is the ideal tool for paintwork in new builds, for maintenance and renovation of both interiors and exteriors. It can spray the full range of water- or solvent-based fluids: from wall and latex paint for interior walls, ceilings, basements and garages, to lacquering, woodworking and preservatives for wooden houses, doors, furniture, shutters, fences or carports to even corrosion protection for railings, banisters and steel supports. The Wagner Control Pro 250 R is from a completely new generation of Airless paint sprayers, which feature High-Efficiency Airless, or HEA technology. As mentioned earlier, not all of the accessories apply to the new HEA paint sprayer. Where before you had to put a matching filter in the handgrip of the machine, now you no longer need this.

The Wagner Control Pro 250R and 250M airless models have the same volume capacity to deliver 1.25 liters per minute. This makes them equally efficient in paint delivery. Additionally, both models have a comparable power output of 550 watts for consistent performance. If you are not fully satisfied with the result, the following reasons might be a factor: namely, no clean / smooth finish; use of too much paint; or excessive amount of paint mist.
